Event Location. Helotes Festival Grounds, 12210 Leslie Road, Helotes, TX 78023 Including Battle of the Clans on the games field. The Games Festival is open to all members. The clan parade is open to all members during the opening ceremony (10:00 am line up). 12:00 pm Battle of the Clans Mini-games: tug o war 3ft Caber toss, sheaf toss, axe throwing, and golf putt. **NOTE: Members are responsible for procuring their admission tickets to the games and transportation to and from the field. The game field is approximately 20 miles (30 minutes) outside San Antonio.
