The Clan Colquhoun Business Directory is a resource for members of Clan Colquhoun to list and discover businesses owned or operated by fellow clan members. By submitting a business listing, users agree to abide by these Terms of Use.

2. Eligibility

To be listed in the directory, a business must meet one or more of the following criteria:

Be owned or operated by a member of Clan Colquhoun (by descent, marriage, or adoption).
Be owned or operated by a registered member of a Clan Colquhoun Society worldwide.
Have a clear historical or cultural connection to Clan Colquhoun.

Clan Colquhoun reserves the right to approve, decline, or remove listings at its discretion.

3. Submission Guidelines

Listings must be accurate, honest, and not misleading.
The business must comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Listings that promote illegal, unethical, discriminatory, or inappropriate content will be rejected or removed.
Businesses must notify the directory administrators of any changes in ownership, contact details, or closure.

4. Featured Listings (Paid Service)

Businesses have the option to upgrade to a Featured Listing, which provides enhanced visibility within the directory. Featured Listings:

Are highlighted or placed at the top of relevant categories.
May include additional promotional features such as extended descriptions, images, or links.
Are subject to a fee, the details of which will be provided at the time of application.
Are valid for a specified duration, after which renewal may be required.

The availability, cost, and placement of Featured Listings are determined by Clan Colquhoun and may be adjusted over time.

The Clan Colquhoun Business Directory is provided as a resource for members and does not constitute an endorsement of any listed business, product, or service. Clan Colquhoun does not assume responsibility for:

The accuracy of listings.
